Large group accommodation on Great Barrrier Island is hard to find, but at Stray Possum Lodge we are ideally suited to cater fully to your group accommodation requirements. Group bookings are easy, just contact us and we'll do it all for you, plus we always have group discounts available.
Our group accommodation is set within 30 acres of beautiful native bush and has 20 backpacker beds, 4 double rooms , 2 self contained chalets plus camping as well as our restaurant and bar at your groups disposal.
Whether its your group's wedding, company team building retreat, annual outing, club getaway or just a group of friends chilling out, our task is to arrange everything for you. Ask us about getting here, transport from mountain bikes to hire cars and buses, and activities. We are here to help groups with bookings.
Many groups return year after year and have been as varied as fishing clubs from 6 to 50 members, geologists, bird watchers, a heli-fishing group, (with 3 of their own helicopters!), tramping and kayaking clubs and schools.
